Job Opening - Human Resource Manager

We are seeking a Human Resource Manager to join our team! The Human Resources Manager guides and manages the HR services, policies, and programs for RAI. This person is responsible for serving as an internal manager by assisting employees with RAI’s current Human Resource related programs and processes and recommending ongoing solutions for RAI. The Human Resources Manager position may be offered as a full time or part time position based on the skills and availability of the applicant.

• Assist in recruiting, on-boarding, and management of personnel
• Communicate and work with 401K, insurance, and other employee benefit vendors
• Provide advice and recommendations to all management personnel and employees for resolution of daily issues
• Formulate strategic and practical plans to address human resources matters
• Develop, recommend, and implement personnel policies and procedures; prepare and maintain handbook on policies and procedures
• Keep up-to-date on latest practices and advancements in the field and present new ideas
• Maintain proper organization and filing of company and employee paperwork
• Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• Minimum of five years of Human Resources experience
• Experience providing center wide human resources planning, guidance, and development
